Not a personal attack on anybody here.

If I became General Manager I would have imposed auto bans on anybody who could not be positive on this forum. It is your opinion which cannot be doubted or questionned, but if that opinion is posted and will cause more negativity then it has to be dealt with.

Extreme example of this is slander, which is (I believe) regarded as a criminal offence?

Basically, I would have no problem with banning anybody that set out to impose their negative opinions on others, with the intention of influencing the opinions of others.

I think your right banning somebody who is always negative is a great thing to do. Maybe read undertakers posts and see if they are ALL negative though? I find quite a number of his posts as positive but it does vary depending on the subject and its the same with us all.
Do we start telling people what threads we can and cant post in? If we all had the same opinion and agreed on anything they might as well shut up shop now? maybe hxf will have to add a hack to turn its members into zombies and have the power to control our minds so we agree 100% with everything.

The idea of it is to simplify the forum and give more power to the users, it will then include the users in the decision making. It looks confusing written down but once it was up it would be rather simple.

My opinion was negative yes, yet the question still remains why have I been banned which according to your rules states will never happen.

It says there I can say what I want as long as I don't call anyone names, which last night - I didn't. The reason you gave for banning -:undertaker:- was for being 'negative'. Isn't that the whole point of a forum? A forum is where different ideas and people will talk/debate/discuss what they think. I have had a reasonably clean record, I wonder if Immenseman is going to be banned for being too 'positive' in the ione Gifts thread. Surely if you feel they aren't super rares, you should be able to defend your reasons? - or are you the spineless cowards you seem to act like?

I don't want this moved thanks, like my last thread a few weeks ago was ignored. If you look in the spam thread about my ban, you will see even people who didn't always agree with me still think it's pathetic, yet again it seems like you are outnumbered? - Are you going to ban them for being to negative about your rules?

The new rule was put in when Sierk made an announcement, it just wasn't updated in the rules obviously.

1. It should of been put in the banning thread then.
2. I do post positively.
3. I am not here to cause trouble, infact I want the opposite and that's for the forum to improve.
4. Yesterday I was banned because a an issue that Management seem to cringe over.
5. I can think the ione Gifts are super rares if I wish, and management can't make me think otherwise.
