My opinion was negative yes, yet the question still remains why have I been banned which according to your rules states will never happen.Getting banned for giving your opinion?
You can never get banned for giving your opinion. Only Habbox staff can get fired (not banned) for publicly posting complaints about other Habbox staff. When a Habbox staff member has a problem with some part of Habbox he has to contact a Manager privately and not post about it for everybody to see. These are the same rules that hold for hobbas on Habbo for example, they are also not allowed to comment on the behaviour of other (bad) hobbas.
You can and probably will get banned for being offensive to anybody else, especially a Habbox staff member. Being offensive includes calling somebody an idiot, moron, saying somebody is pathetic or anything else that is generally accepted as being offensive.
You might get banned for breaking the word filter. Normally you only get asked not to do it anymore by PM, but if it is clear that you are breaking the word filter on purpose while you know this is against the forum rules you usually get a 7 days ban.
If you cannot express your opinion without being offensive as described above or avoiding the word filter or swearing I think you have a problem. DO NOT confuse freedom of speech with the right to swear / to be offensive. These are two very different things!
It says there I can say what I want as long as I don't call anyone names, which last night - I didn't. The reason you gave for banning -:undertaker:- was for being 'negative'. Isn't that the whole point of a forum? A forum is where different ideas and people will talk/debate/discuss what they think. I have had a reasonably clean record, I wonder if Immenseman is going to be banned for being too 'positive' in the ione Gifts thread. Surely if you feel they aren't super rares, you should be able to defend your reasons? - or are you the spineless cowards you seem to act like?
I don't want this moved thanks, like my last thread a few weeks ago was ignored. If you look in the spam thread about my ban, you will see even people who didn't always agree with me still think it's pathetic, yet again it seems like you are outnumbered? - Are you going to ban them for being to negative about your rules?

They twist and manipulate the rules to suit themselves, you won't get a good answer I'm affraid. The reason is stupid, when you're not always negative about Habbox. You speak your mind about politics and government issues most of the time.
