Your mum must be pretty okay with it if she's cool with your friends doing it and your sister, and herself. Why don't you explain you smoke and got addicted, say you thought it looked cool to smoke but you regret it now as it's costing you a lot. Then ask if she can help you stop and that you really want too, oh and that your sorry :p

She'd probably be proud of you for wanting to give up and owning up, she most probably already suspects it
