Look an explanation is not an excuse! You can explain peoples actions but it doesn't mean it is right! I was explaining why not telling you its ok because... Think about it,if a child molester is proved to be insane they get put into a mental hospital under jail conditions, they are not getting away with it but at the same time they are being helped. It explains their actions but doesn't meanthey get let off...
