    Don't get Virgin Media. I would recommend BeBroadband if its available in your area.

    Lol to 5Mbit sure. That's still 530~KiB/sec

    I usually only download at night / early morning so I don't have to worry about the limits I just download till I'm done.

    im with virgin media and they garentee there 8 - 10mb as they are slowly updating the exchages i pay for 8mb and atm i get 10mb

    I will pay £10 if you can find anywhere it says that you are guarenteed 8mb - 10mb all of the time. Also, VM have never done a 8mb cable package and are updating 4mb > 10mb.

    EDIT: VM also don't use BT Exchanges, they are FTTC (Fibre To the CURB). Co-Axel for the last bit before anyone comes along and tries to argue they are FTTH (Fibre To the Home).
