Dumping someone because they smoked?

I'm in a similar situation to you (sort of).
Best thing to do I think is to just help your friend get over her, because if she isn't going to stop then why should he have to live with it if it disgusts him.

She's only been smoking for three weeks...
She was with him for months before she began to smoke so she obviously doesn't like him if she can't atleast try to quit. You should tell her it's because your friend is worried about her health.

my girlfriend and i both smoke. she doesn't like me smoking green but she get's over it, because she knows she can't control my life and it's pretty pointless trying to; because at the end of the day. i am who i am.

This is not me. This is a friend's situation and I got picked to sort it out. And, I can barely be bothered to do so, so you're gonna help :

Basically he's had a girlfriend for a few months and she's been smoking for around 3 weeks now, and he really hates it. He decided yesterday that he was going to dump her if she didn't stop. He goes and tells her this... Long story short; She dumped him before he could dump her because she had "no intention of stopping" for him, and dumped him for being "inconsiderate". That's a bit unfair?
And now, he really wants her back and I don't know whether this whole things going to happen again...

The one advantage of having me to sort it out is that me and this girl are good friends. Could I try to get her to stop and get her back with my friend?

I wouldn't go out with somebody if they smoked. Simple as.

I agree, my parents smoke and thats bad enough, i dont want somebody who im going to be around alot puffing away aswel..

But i suppose, if she DID care, then she could compromise (maybe not smoke near / with him ect) Or the HE would look through it, which tbh, i couldnt do

So you all know, he got up some courage from god knows where (again) and is back with her. She still smokes but not as much. He's thinking of starting so she doesn't really feel like she shouldn't.
And I've left them to it now so stop posting now cause it's like pointless.
