Of course I believe people can have sex before marriage, there's no physical boundaries
In all seriousness, the "moral" boundaries surrounding sex before marriage have collapsed. I don't really see a problem with it, other than maybe have sex for the intentions of creating a baby should probably be done after marriage to ensure the parents are kept together, but that's a vague outlook because not all parents are going to abandon the child when they're not married.
