The obvious ones: OSX is more stable, and secure. Windows is compatible with more games.
I'm going to count MSPaint as a unique feature because even if you downloaded a freeware OSX paint alternative it wont be as good.
I don't know who wins here, but Apple computers don't have BIOSes, where as PCs do.
My iMac came with Garageband, but I'm not sure whether or not OSX 10.5.x always comes with Garageband but regardless I think Garageband is unique.
Without any modifications or additional aplications, Windows cuts. Mac has the drag and snap thing, but it's not as fast as cutting.
Safari is better than Internet Explorer (as far as browsers that come with the OS go).
OSX has region, window and screen print screening. You can take screenshots of icons the perfect size, good quality and correct transparency.
OSX has a built in dictionary, and a lot of applications on OSX have built in spell check. An example being TextEdit. Windows's WordPad doesn't have built in spell check.
OSX has desktop spaces. To get spaces on Windows you have to get third party software.
Built in OSX allows different wallpaper for different desktops.
A lot of what I said is comparing the bare operating systems, without the user having of installed third party software. Third party software accomplishes a lot of what I said, but regardless my comparisons are valid. There's controversial things too, like Vista being incredibly bloated.
