Stick with Eset, bin the rest, or turn them off realtime detection.

When you get a warning when installing an A/V, warning you about conflicts you should take note of them, not install 50 different ones.

Apart from lagging you're pc terribly, you're going to get conflicts also.
I agree with you, and this is what I've been saying. You can have more than 1 AV on your computer, but it's better if only 1 is running real time, which since a lot of people don't understand, means it's running on your pc.

So lets not chat crap and help this guy speed up his PC
It's not really 'top secret highly secure details shiz', it's an appraisal company. But the bosses here that do them could be sued over some of the stuff, because of client-business confidentiality. Stop trying to act like you know everything about Computer security parky, you obviously don't. And I'm not saying I do either :L

I quote you 'And as stated before, I have 12 AV programs because my company deals with highly secure information, and if any of it was leaked into the public, it could be sold for a great deal of money and we could be sued'

What does you having AV programs have to do with your company?

And i really dont think a company would let a 17 year old be tech security admin? I think theyd have someone alot more experienced, whos atleast 25. Youd need a good qualification to be a tech security admin at a company which holds such 'highly secure information' as you say. That means youd have to go to college, then university probably, but definatley atleast 2 years at college, and your 17? so you obviously havent even done one full year at a college.

Therefore i think its clear your lying or have got mixed up along the way somewhere

Av programs protect from virus' which could leave us open for script kiddy hackers to get access to our files and leak them to the public. If that happened we could be sued for confidentiality reasons.

And the company owner knows me and my family, knows of the work I do, and trusts me to protect their network.

    Aha okay, i doubt it

A company wouldnt take on a 17 year old to be tech security admin, theyd look for a professional with atleast a well known certificate like an iPro or Cicso or Microsoft Certified Desktop Technician certificate, not a 17 yr old kid

Just use AVG Virus protector and Zone Alarm firewall. My computer has been running fine for years with these two components.

With 12 Anti-Viruses running on realtime, I'm sure it would have trouble picking up EICAR.
