    Another thing is I don't see why the desk area for staff is needed, surely its not going to change staffs ability to help people without the bar?

    Lets face facts its not a staff area, its vip.

    'But however will habbos seek help if they don't know whos staff' I'm sure the majority of the people who play habbo can read, thats why you have stickies & a badge.

    On another note, I think the staff should set examples.

    Yeh the way warnings are done is stupid aswell

    Members should be warned BEFORE being kicked

    This means i can screenshot the pointless warning and report him, it also means i SEE the warning

    If i done something, got kicked and didnt come back, go back 5 mins later then i'm going to be on warning 2 without being told why i was on warning 1, also i can't screenshot the pointless warning preventing me from reporting him for a stupid warning

    bare with me. i haven't read the thread because it's the same old people (who tend to be rulebreakers) who are complaining.


    why do people talk about the rules so much? i think the most important issue that needs to be addressed is the fact IT'S NOT A HELP DESK.

    example:

    5 people behind the desk. someone asks for help. *silence*. i offer my help.
    20 minutes later, one staff asks "why do people complain we never help?". because you DON'T. she then spent ages arguing with me that she was busy helping someone else when evidently she wasn't as there was complete silence. someone else comes in and asks about rare values, i make a sly comment with "there's no point asking the staff" (which i got kicked for lol) and waited for someone to help then.

    she couldn't because the staff know NOTHING about helping other habbos with their account or rare values lol. honestly as far as it goes being a helpdesk it's a complete fail. what's the criteria for becoming staff? be nice and active?

    it's staff vs members. all the helpdesk is used for is people who use hxf to talk to each other and for staff to abuse their powers. i've also went from warning 1 to one day ban before ¬.¬ that's literally it. there's no help and i doubt it's regular uses who put off new users but the staff.

    i don't see why there's still a help desk when there's just complaints and favouritism. someone will come along and try to prove me wrong but helpdesks have been stupid for a long long time and all it's doing, in my view, is giving habbox as a whole a bad reputation. i wonder why there's hardly any new international members..

    I realise that and everything but people could only see two lines at once and it wasn't like I done one then went straight on to the next and kept doing it. I was kicked AFTER I stopped and David could see I wasn't typing, wouldn't it be logical to warn me and not kick me. It's kinda silly when someone gets kicked for two lines of fish and then someone else doesn't get kicked for being rude. lol.

    I agree so much!!

    I think that the "Help Desk" should be changed into a lounge. Anyone with me?

    Therefore at least staff can help and rules will be much more laxed and it'll be more "GENERAL". Help Desk is too specific and most of the users in the "help desk" don't need help.

    Rude members should also be givin a chance to plead a ban and ask why they are getting kicked.


    Also the funny thing is the only people agreeing the rules are find etc are staff and even at that there's staff agreeing the rules are terrible.
