You shouldn't find a problem +repping other users, it should now be 15 before you need to rep another user, it doesn't take a month at all either ryan - I think what does need to be changed though is the amount of rep you can give out in 24 hours - any ideas what it should be? I call unlimited.

I think there should just be a system where if someone reps you for a post, at the bottom of the post it woul say "username" has been repped "x" times for this post. It will make people recognise a post which deserves rep and actually get people repping more

I think it should be a week or something before you can rep someone again.

I agree, because at current state half the people who have posted and should believe be repped, i repped months ago but havn't repped enougth others because i believe rep is only for special contribution.

Rep needs to be more publicly noticed as it is very very rare.

Thats why i wanted to post about the Like button, It's a more user freindly, open way of showing you like or agree with someones post.

Buttons i would Return Rep but it sais i need to spread! AGGHHH!

I'm kinda half-and-half with this idea. Yes, I think it's good because people will see what makes a good post and possibly make them do it too. However, it's simply clogging up the postbit even more (unless it's added on the end of the post somehow, kinda like the moderator tags).
