Thats what my mum said to me, she told me to start eating breakfast like everyday. I mean I have it sometimes if I have enough time but she is like you have to eat it now. I don't like runner beans or anything that I know are rich in iron ;l My mum has suggested to put me on iron tablets



and i HAVE To have Breakfast now because it makes me less tired and gives me energy. If you dont have breakfast start having it
