    Default Problems with tiredness

No matter how much sleep I get, I always seem to be tired. Is there anyway to stop me from feeling tired?

I used to have this all the time, I think its just laziness tho.

What I did was I went out, exercised, drank loads of energy drinks lol and it sorta faded away.

Just try and get more and more sleep each night until you start feeling awake again, also in the morning rub water over your eyes or summet.

Drinking energy drinks won't help, especially in the long run. Try and wake up at a consistent time. No matter what time you go to bed, wake up at the same time next morning (which I know is very hard to do, but it makes a big difference). Also, it's not always about getting more sleep. If you get too much you still end up feeling sluggish.

E.T.A: I forgot to say, going to bed at a consistent time also seems to help me.

    Thanks for the help, +rep
No matter during the holidays the latest time i've woken up is like half 9, I can't have lie-ins. So I would say that I already wake up at a consistent time but it's hard to go to bed at the same time every night because I can only sleep when i'm really tired and I know this might sound weird but i'm more awake at night and I find it harder to sleep

I swear you can become tired from too much sleep? I swear I read this somewhere. Just try going to bed a bit earlier every night or go out during the day because if you are in the house you are more likely to want to sleep!

OMG SAM YOUR LIKE ME! WOOP
But yeah it is annoying. i always feel tired.

Havn't tried sleeping pills yet? hmmph
i think tiredness has something to do with the movement in the bed while you sleep as your brain is still active

But don't take my words for granted.
    You can't touch this.
