omg this is like my first date too (we went to cinema + mcdonalds rather than pizza hut though). we were both really shy too.

I ended up kissing her right at the last minute I just somehow got the courage for it. I later found out she went home and just talked about this kiss to her friend for the rest of the night. so yeah just relax!

That would seriously top the perfect date off if the time and place was right.

My days

i made the move today and asked this girl would you like to come the cinemas and pizzzzza hut with me when you're free. she accepted. now im bricking it. i hate first dates. i think they're so awkward. ive been texting this girl for about 2 months now and we have quite a lot in common and people say we'd make a good couple but we're both shy and we've hardly spoke in person, so you just get that awkward feeling written all over it!

how can i make it so i enjoy it and she enjoys it and we can get married in the future?

but ignoring that last bit if she's shy like you then just tell her you're shy, she will probably tell you the same and you won't have to worry about doing anything stupid because she's more likely to understand. i know girls don't appreciate when you start off too heavy but make sure she's your main focus all night, don't let her think you aren't that interested. when it comes to compliments, apart from the obvious "you look nice" (trust me this must be said or she might think you don't like what she's wearing), make them personal; such as "your legs look lovely in that dress" or "i love your eyes". this shows them that you really are focusing on them. good luck with it.
