So, If you do push ups for 5mins a day for 7days and drink loads of water and dont eat that much junk food you stay in shape?
Cus atm im on 7stone ( I was on 7.5 a few weeks ago ) and i want to be about 5stone, Any tips?

I would like to weigh about 8 stone.

Hm i wish i could loose that much weight, it's good to drink water though i don't really drink anything else but water these days.![]()
