    depends
    if it's "use by" then i'll only eat / drink it a few days after the expiry date
    if it's "best before" i say it's good for a few more years lol

    i once made custard with custard powder that was 17 years out of date.

    didn't realise until after, took one mouthful and it tasted like bumholes.

    17 years? whattttt hahahah

    i just do the sniff test tbf and look and make sure there aint no mold or anything. unless it's milk then i don't av it past it's date because i can't smell whether it's off or not as milk smells horrible to me anyway

    I don't sniff my food or anything. It never usually happens to me but when I do notice that something's past the due date I just chuck it simply because it doesn't happen to often.

    I don't sniff my food either I am 13 so like my parents would probally notice if the food in my house is overdate. But i would normally eat things that are overdate by a few days. I once made pancakes with milk that was 1 day overdate but it tasted normal I did the sniff test aswell.

    Agreed, i think there is a limit though to how long it is out of date before you bin it straight away
