Ok i like how everyone has given feedback

1. What was really happening

I was babysitting most of the day and therefore wasnt on habbo so didnt know that my internet had gone down. So up to half 6 when i came on i finally found out that it had gone down so i couldnt get on. Then when i did come on which was like 3mins late i was wondering why maria wasn't behind desk as she was meant to be the main host aswell as me.

2. WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE

Bascially i had been speaking to other staff members so i had wanted to do this for a few weeks. bascially CANCEL snq for a week to see how people would react but instead i decided to like have a wee mental breakdown since certain HIGHER STAFF MEMBERS were really just takin the biscuit. So i like left half way though. I wanted to get the members that come in and do the quiz week after week and see what we could do to improve it because each week was getting worse and worse with staff members not backing up their own department and helping to keep people calm.

3. The idea

After SNQ i posted a thread (with your ideas aswell as my own which i wanted a few weeks now) saying how we should be asking you what type of questions you would like instead of us having to make it up with questions that would really bore you because each week you all complain about the questions being easy or really hard or just stupid lol but IT WORKED SNQ has now changed and i think for the better =[ even if i do get fired lol main thing is its going to be very different now so woop woop haha

I don't feel you'll get fired, wasn't this mainly because you couldn't send questions to someone? Did you have them written down? As I know you were able to go on Habbo for 10-15 minutes before you got disconnected again. Not saying it's your fault that part.

However, I would love to ask how certain higher members of staff were taking the biscuit and I know you're mainly talking about me (and Jurv) to an extent, I called you an incosiderate noob as a joke and got a warning? I thought you took the joke because you told me to grow up thus I said I'm only 5ft inconsiderate noob . If you took it to heart I'm sorry about that but I didn't mean it in that way. I know it was piling on top of you throughout the hour but may I say I wasn't being overly rude as I know I'm a manager therefore it's not correct to be rude in that way. I didn't pinpoint your hosting skills saying they were rubbish it's just the set up that was! I think backup questions are needed but things do go wrong sometimes, sometimes it's our fault but sometimes we can't prevent it.

I would love to say make SNQ a 'Players Choice' quiz but that wouldn't be fair as some may not know what Stop The Bus, Gaw and Generate Mane Periodic Table is. Although I do think variety is needed, not 2 topics variety, not 4 topics variety but maybe ask a question on the same topic twice at the most!

Overall, I will still come regardless of whether or not the previous week had been good or bad as it's fun.

Lol no I meant hxhd staff not you n Cameron haha like they wernt helping me at all and just say there ignoring people shouting crap that litterly took the biscuit. And I meant I had like no Internet during the day before the snq so I couldn't send questions over. also now there should be a thread somewhere where players can list topics on what questions should be asked this I finally got management to make lol. And main reason I bailed was havin to look after a baby all day screaming n crap then having people come on Habbo slabbering that the quiz is stupid just is pointless lol. And I had questions prepared but didn't send them as I thought I was doing half of it aswell as Maria so I thought she was having questions made aswell
