Super restores put everything up to there base stat, including hitpoints and some prayer this means it's more effective than a measly shark which is good for 20 hp.

I already said that they raise prayer..and other stats since sara brews lower it but he said he won't take sara brew. It's smart to take 1-2 sharks at least because you sometimes get damaged a lot and you need quick healing.

Ricky, how are you ever going to cast Ice Burst with level 64 mage? You need level 70 to cast it.
Secondly, how are you going to do big damage with a crystal bow, with 54 range?
My advice is to train mage and range to around 75 like your other stats, you'll have a bigger chance to survive (longer) out there with those stats.
