Sadly, your images that you posted don't match the live copy of the timetable on the website. I don't see how you would think that we wouldn't find out. We place all people on the Wall of Shame, after we see sufficient evidence that images or certain things have been stolen. In this case, the material was taken by your website.

Secondly, we do not appreciate swearing. I have done nothing except my job, so where is the need for the obscene language. Sulake LTD. will not take any action against us, because many fansites like HabboDown (a now closed ex-Official Fansite on four hotels) and Habborator all have 'Walls of Shame'.

I appreciate your upset, but your fansite did steal, therefore you will remain on the wall.

Okay, I'm filing a complaint against CH for all this <insert a very rude word here> they're giving us. Anyone else with me?
EDIT: The WoS images where made by Sulake weren't they? Oh and let's SPAM their Site Report form. They deserve it.

also if u have hosting whith crisphosting i would move.cause clubhabbo is sorta whith them and there is no way u can get the site back whithout givving them a tenner.we had to do taht whith ours a kind listner/dj though gave us £10.I have sent a email to crisphosting though asking for compenstation due to downtime.

The filed DMCA complaints by ClubHabbo are safe to ignore. The images where created by Sulake originally, giving ClubHabbo absolutley no right to ask for money off you. I know most of you are nice people and wouldn't dream of it, but if you decided to file a DMCA against them for slander, then you'd have the law on your side all the way. Oh, and if you did then CH would probably be shut down.

Rumor says that the whole thing is just an Ollie style low down scam to get peoples money.

I cant be bothered signing up for the forum but can someone state its not about the wall of shame its about the DMCA's and Ollies pathetic attempts at shuting down sites.

Also if anyone is having trouble with their hosts because of this i suggest moving to a new one because they obviously do not know what they are doing if they suspend you.

i havnt suspended AirHabbo because i am possitive their is no copyright infringment.
