Not talking about the new Smod. I was talking about him saying that if somebody is fired there has to be a good reason. That is not always the case and he knows it. Also there appears to be no rhyme or reason to some hirings or promotions either.

Well apparently his the one who got me banned ( like he tries all the time) so he gave me confidence not to be rude any more to people.

I don't see why the management should hire new super moderators when the people who have been fired will do a much better job ( imo )

We hate firing great staff (like mat64 and yoshimitsui) but sometimes have no choice (I won't get into that bit). We have to replace the ones we loose or else we would have no staff left.. thats how every organisation works.
