I'm a George Lucas fan, just a shame the new Indiana Jones let him down a bit.
    PM me for help.

The supernatural elements of the latest Indiana Jones picture are arguably far-fetched, but those who disliked it can put those factors down to Lucas, as he was the one to input those particular things in the final draft of the script. Spielberg's direction was fantastic as always.

Spielberg is a very good director, I'm sure he gets paid enough to reward that

I have to say whoever did Planet Terror is an amazing director, although I know a lot of the things I liked in the film were influenced by Tarintino because he was assisting.

Robert Rodriguez wrote and directed Planet Terror, and Tarantino did the same with Death Proof. Quentin didn't have a hand in Rodriguez's film essentially, and it actually came off better than Death Proof.

I thought tarintino had a big hand, there were loads of classic tarintino-esque effects. But I was extremely dissapointed in "Death Proof" it was a waste of time.

BTW you know the "Machete" fake advert in the beggining of planet terror. They are apparently now making that film. TBH it looked awesome haha

Yes, it will straight-to-DVD, and Eli Roth, director of the Thanksgiving "fake" trailer, is in the midst of producing a film solely of fake trailers called, Trailer Trash. YouTube the trailers if you didn't catch one of the rare showings in the UK of Grindhouse in its entirety, as none are on the DVDs.

It is such a great idea, even if it is straight to DVD. It shows that these directors love what they do and are having fun making movies like these.
