Yes, I believe if you kill someone purposely, you should be killed yourself. That is after you've suffered 2 months of torture, however.

What do you acheive by the death penalty? Two people dead instead of one? ALL human beings deserve the most basic human rights regardless.

If you feel the need to kick the **** out of someone give years younger than you because they "look" like someone they are after you deserve death. Especially if it's a group of five males who see them, walk over to them and kick the **** out of them landing them in hospital then into a coffin.
Simple as, you need torturing then finally killed by the victims close friends and family.
