Joe
The choice is yours, you apply for either news or articles.

LMAO adding to the confusion.
I'm sure News apps will be open soon enough![]()
Oops, that's what I meant (A)
So can you be both a news reporter and an articles writer or not? Joe is saying one thing and everything else another..!!

Yah, once again sorry about that haha. I was joking with Mrs.McCall as he really likes articles. If you can cope with the work load then of course you're more than welcome to work in both teams just like you are allowed to join more that one department.![]()
Lmao causing trouble Joe!
The work load would be 3 reports and 3 articles I think if you did both. Heavy work.
Hiya everyone,
I just spent about 15 minutes responding to all the questions using quotes and all but then Chrome decided to crash! So I thought I would write this quickly just to clear up a few bits and bobs!
Firstly, the main focus will not be on Habbo. We will just be including some Habbo content. The team will be built up of around 5 writers and a senior.
It isn't. I think people have just assumed this as after all we are a Habbo fansite and that is our main purpose as a site overall. Habbo articles will just be things like room reviews or interviews. Real life stuff could be absolutely anything! We're willing to give a lot of freedom about what can be written about but we will have rules/guidelines in place to ensure that everything the writers produce is appropriate and acceptable!![]()
Well, everyone is allowed their own opinion but things won't be based on Habbo. Articles will be a chance for people to write a lot more freely. If I am going to be honest with you I would prefer it if the Real Life articles took a "priority" as such but we've decided that the best thing to do would be to have the two sections and allow the writers to produce suitable and appropriate content for your entertainment! Thanks for your feedback though and if it helps then I am more than happy to listen to anyone's feedback regarding the news department. I've been in the job for two weeks so a chance would be nice! Thanks again.I wanted to apply when they came around but I won't be. Once again it looks like things aren't going the way I'd hoped (understandable, they're my opinions so of course I'm biased!) but to concentrate on Habbo, seems pointless? I actually think Martin would have been better and that takes me a lot to say that. At least he took peoples opinions on board.
I'd apply if I didn't have to do anything about habbo but I doubt there is that option. I think if you concentrate on Habbo then it'll be a failure. It brings nothing to habbox except longer news reports.
A couple of people are also saying that the site needs something "new" and that it shouldn't be given to news. Why not? We are going to be expanding on the creative side. People don't want to read just news articles any more, we want to introduce things such as poems, reviews, creative writing (e.g. short stories). It just brings the content writing side of Habbox to life a little more!
He lies! News Reporters can apply. They do however know that it would be treated as a separate job and that their workload would be increased.
Thanks everyone!
Sorry for the late reply, I've been away for the past few days and Christmas was just incredibly mad for me! Thanks for all your feedback and thank you to those who support this project. All I can say to those who don't then hopefully we can show you what we can do and maybe you just might like some of the stuff we produce!
Keep the feedback coming, let us know what you think etc! Create a thread, PM me, Visitor message me - any ideas, questions or overall comments I am more than happy to hear them!
Thanks again!
Charlie
