Although it has been proven fast pace walking is more likely to promote more weight loss anyway so fast walking compared with running however many marathons ??? I wasn't saying anything about hard exercise at all just doing something rather than sitting in front of the tv...
Yes i know triglycerides are in ever type of fat and that is what they are made out of... it is the type of triglyceride, fatty acid which it contains is what makes it better or worse for you.
How did i indicate that saturated fats were unnatural when i said they are found in fatty meats ?? huh ?? Unsure how we eat less saturated fats now ?? The amount of takeaways the UK and other countries eat surely means an increase ??
