Mate ima speak for real here, if you do go outside more with your mates and socialize on the same amount of time you spend on habbo (say 5 hours each) then that's fine!
Just find a new hobby that will occupy your mind. Heck, something outdoors would be ideal but even off the computer is better.

Habbo, is such an addicting game tbh, It's just so hard to leave, from my experience anyway. Just think, what brings yourself back onto habbo. Hopefully you'll find a way. Best of luck.

once you are bored of habbo and look back on all the time you have spent playing habbo and other games, you will be amazed at how much a waste of time it was. nevertheless, good luck in trying because it isnt hard at all

Computer addiction can be pretty serious... especially in the MMO(CC/RPG) world...

I assume you can see how "Gambling Addiction" can be VERY serious?... I mean, where I live the AA (Alcos), NA (Narcs), GA (Gamblers) buildings are all next-door to each other... so that shows how society views how necessary they all are.
So, why is gaming not as addictive in your eyes?...
I mean like... just because you don't have it, doesn't mean no one does...

    Think of it this way:
I assume you come online a lot yes?... Every day?... Most of us do... I definitely do.
Now you know when you're away from an internet connection for some time (Takes about 3-7 days for me, then dies down again), you get that little niggling on your mind that makes you wanna come online for a few seconds... yes?...
Most people would, it's a very human trait... if we do something to extremes, we will crave/think about it a lot.
So now, just think if you had that thought in an extreme level... so it played on your mind, not just once a week, but like... 10times an hour... it's ALL you think about...

Can you not see that that is a perfectly reasonable addiction? And to be honest isn't that rare, I know some RPG addicts.

Sure, you don’t get true physical withdrawal like you do with some drugs… but I have ex-gambling addict friends… and they, pre-GA, use to get seriously violent if we tried to stop them or ask them to save an amount of money etc…
Once, one of my close friends suffered so badly after loosing… a “large” amount… that he actually gave himself physical withdrawal symptoms… >-o

And if you go read some of the real Gaming Addiction court cases and investigations etc… you should be able to see it can get crazy… like those two parents that let their baby starve to death because they were caring for an NPC baby on a online game…

    Just sayin'

When I want to leave i just think of all the productive things i can do with my time, do them and then if i go back i feel guilty. I go on it a lot but i don't really find it that addictive, if i want to leave i could (now i sound like a recovery alcoholic in denial)
