    vBulletin is horrible and old and poor and such. It's usable but not very nice to use.

    That sounds highly unlikely that you can do that Sam lol. From experience, I've never come across an option to do that.
    Help the moderators by using the report button to report the posts you find offensive!

    vBulletin is wonderful to use, that's if you can do backend tweaks.
    It may be old, but it's better that those free forums in my opinion.

    If you can, I've never seen it. However, I know there's an option where you can prevent someone from having a signature full stop.
