What country is clubhabbo based in... i mean offically sites are meant to be lienced to broadcast music.. if they are getting all random and threatening people using the DMCA...

Seems like people are now actually more worried and having there fansite reputations spoilt by Ollie than they are about being on the Wall of Shame than actually getting a DMCA Complaint?
I'm expecting aload of people to start hating ClubHabbo or something similar soon.i've been here for over 8 years and i don't know why

A voice came from the cubicle next to me: "Hello mate, how are you doing?"
I didn't want to be rude, so I said, "Not too bad, thanks."
I heard the voice again. "So, what are you up to?"
Again I answered, "Just having a quick ****... How about yourself?"
Then I heard him say "Sorry, mate, I'll have to call you back. I've got some **** in the cubicle next to me answering everything I say."

I think a complaint should be made about this to sulake.

I have emailed Habbo and I am in the priocess of emailing every official fansite and posting everywhere to shame them.

As stated on ClubHabbo today:
After having a brieifing with the rest of the Production Team, we have removed several fansites from the Wall, and withdrawn DMCA Complaints against these websites, and have sent apologies to the website owners.But there is one thing we need to tell you, we don't file comlaints against sites if they "simply look like us". Sure, it's shallow, stupid and uncreative - but in reality, they haven't stolen anything - but we'll put 'em on our Wall of Shame anyway!
We have re-drawn up our policy on the wall, and how and when to send the DMCA complaints.
However, the wall will not be removed.eek.

Also, regarding the 10.00 GBP issue, the fansite had asked me to withdraw the complaint, as they did not know the hosting account holder, to request unsuspension.
We offered this to the fansite, but for an administration fee, as we have to take extra time out to issue the email.eek.
