It doesn't read out text messages, but that depends on the phone I believe, like my could phone people if I told it too, but my phone hasn't been set up to do it.

My car has bluetooth and if I connect my phone to it and somebody calls I can press a button on my steering wheel to answer it..
I'm at a point in my life where I don't care if you like me or you don't. If you like me, cool. If you don't, meh.
