United have Giggs, Nani and Valencia on the wing, they don't really need another one but they may buy Silva, and that wouldn't surprise me if that was a big last day signing. They need a new RB as they don't have an out and out RB that is good enough. They also could do with with someone in attack, maybe a striker or attacking midfielder as they have Carrick, Hargreaves and Fletcher who are all very much CDM's, and more tacklers then shooters. V.D.Vaart would have been good but he's staying at Madrid.

Newspaper's said a couple of days ago that Fergie was going to make a deadline day bid for Robben. He would be a good signing.. We need someone like Ronaldo who is fast and can make/provide goals... Hopefully Robben if he does come, can provide that.

For Rooney to score goals he needs support and he isn't quite getting that atm.

Yeah, shame because I think he would have done well with Ronaldo at Real. £22 Million for him though which is a good price. He scored twice in his debut for Bayern too.

o my. Should of went for him. Could of filled in the Boots of Giggs.

But one of the Papers said Fergie was only prepared to pay 12 - 15 Million for him so i don't think he would of payed 22 Million for him tbh. We still need someone in midfield.. someone who can inspire the team, were lacking it. but most importantly, someone who can create goal scoring opportunity's for us.

If we don't sign anyone else then our next game against Spurs will be interesting.

I suppose that leaves the door open for Ribery to join Real then? I wouldn't be surprised if they signed him today tbh the way Real's been spending lately nothings predictable.

I said PL signing of the summer. I didn't count Ronaldo, as he's left, but I'd count it if it was the other way around. :eusa_danc

    Maybe Barry, but Lescott isn't.
Lescott is a better investment than Toure, definately.

Investing in United would of been a more sensible option.
Nah there needs to be a chance for a return. There's no chance of that with United. You can't possibly build the biggest English club up to be more than it already is.

I'd say all the positions in red are up for grabs. Berba or Owen? Nani, Giggs or Tosic? Fletcher, Scholes, Hargreaves (when fit), Anderson or Giggs? O'Shea, Brown or Neville?

Doubt it. Bayern manager said that he wants Robben and Ribery to play together and that is what he wanted from the beggining. Watching the match they played very well with each other. Also, Bayern want £70 Million for him, which Madrid won't pay.

EDIT: I agree with the post above, well the last part. They need a new RB and they were chasing Lahm for numberous years, but apparently he doesn't want to leave Munich. Also, I think they need someone to replace Fletcher, as that is where they are lacking. Carrick and Fletcher are both defensive, they need someone attacking there. Also, I think Nani deserves a chance, he has shown he has talent, just needs the chance to show it more. Berba, not sure about.

I also agree about the RB. I also agree about the CM. Carrick is amazing for possession play and defence. We'd need someone like Lampard, who runs all around the pitch and gets in those key areas.
    Back for a while.

Oh. Real said they did some sort of deal, similar to Ronaldo that in "Principal" they will sign Ribery next season.

Ye we deffo need a RB. Fletcher is a bit "over-rated" to me tbh. In the last few games he's missed clear goal scoring opportunity's, that any player should be scoring..

I haven't seen Silva play tbh, so i don't know if he's the player who would fit the key to our team.

But i think we need someone in the central position, bit like lamps and Gerrard. Someone who is the anchor of the team. Carrick is not really providing that.

I think we should make a cheeky 20 mill bid for Lamps.
