I would. I'd feel so so guilty, I wouldn't be able to live with myself imagining that it could be for something truly important like a persons healthcare or something.

I often lose money and I know how it feels. If it was a small amount I'd pick it up and go 'that's mine' but if it was £1000 - €1000 in my case - I'd hand it in because I just wouldn't feel right spending it!

In all honesty. No. I'd keep it, offer it my mom to see if she has any bills to pay or anything. If not just keep it and save it.

I would hand it in simply because it could be a trick. Also, if no one claims it i believe you receive it after many months anyhow.
