    arms only look like 13-14 in

    if i had to put a weight on you id say 160lbs

    That just goes completly against what you said. Why not do a split body routine upper/lower. 2 days a week and have the other 5 days for rest. Thats what I do.

    His intentions might not be to gain muscle, he may also only be spending short amounts of time in the gym so especially with him focusing on his protein intake he should probably be fine. However if his sessions are long then he possibly could be overdoing it.

    I doubt that. Protein isnt just the only thing that makes muscle, you need calories, a lot of them.

    What do the calories actually do in terms of repairing muscle?

    You need more calories to get bigger. Calories are essentially energy. Your body needs this energy along with protein to build and repair muscle.

    Does anyone here have experience with the Stiff Legged Deadlift? I'm looking for some form tips.

    I have a 6pack, and havent never worked out, but i do run/ride and ice skate alot maybe thats why.

    & @Paul, my mate deadlifts but I have no experience in it.. max i can fit on my bar is like 75kg, and I don't go gym so! I heard he's deadlifting 150kg, not sure what you mean by 'stiff legged deadlift' though!

    yup love it lol. . . like 100 sit ups a night and about 50 press ups. .
