why? becuz its all about money. They need it to live. Money is important. They bring out rares so people can buy them. And to give out a warning that they are going to bring out the rares is because they want more people to know that rares are coming and to buy credits! MONEY IS IMPORTANT!

Last time I rang up I noticed that when the lady says "If you do not have the bill payers permission to call this line please hang up now" then like a half second later it says "Please enter your credits code from your purse"
Straight after she says "If you do not have the bill payers permission to call this line please hang up now" it charges you I think so even if you do hang up you still gotta pay because she says the next thing so fast afterwards. yeah I dunno if that makes sense
