    Then thats good

But your argument about 'not knowing you had to advertise' is invalid, and I would like to hope that all staff would be aware that teamwork is very much the key. I will admit it needs vast improvement and this will be worked on, but its very often brought up in reports, and advertising has always been a crucial part of events and the whole purpose of us doing them is to get members of the community intereted in Habbox.

As I said, its common sense really, its in the handbook and the whole purpose of what we're doing is to attract new members and spread the habbox name on the client, most people have been doing it okay, but it could be enhanced further in all directions. You will see more about it soon though don't worry.

Can I just point out that bots advertising Habbox is pretty ineffective as people will ignore them easily.

Isn't it better than not having them though? At least some people will read them and might be tempted to use the link.

My Tolerance level with people playing dumb is about to reach it's limit. You need to read the handbook in each department and you should be advertising other departments of Habbox because as an Events Organiser you are more or less the face of habbox when regarding the community and therefore help the fansite by advertising the other "Services" habbox offer.

Isn't it best if you just fire the people who are being so difficult? Obviously this is easier said than done but, god, if they're being really difficult the only solution, in the end, is to remove them from HxL/Events/whatever.
    You called?

No I suppose Staff bonding was good for HxHD since it brought everyone together (Haven't read much of the thread so I don't know if that has been brought up) and gave a chance for every one to talk to those they usually don't and what not. But if there really is issues...

Certainly. But EOs should be promoting Habbox directly in addition to the bots.

Yes, of course. And I think this is a big problem with habbox. I see other fansite events promote their own fansite every like 5 minutes or less during their event. In Habbox events, they mainly talk to their friends, etc.
