if you roll down a hill you'll gradually get faster

so time you hit the van you'd go right through it and out the other side so

Just because someone got out of their car and looked in your direction they were trying to kidnap you? lmao. there are much more logical explanations than kidnap.

i don't think i've ever told anyone this, not sure. when i was younger i was riding my bike to the top of my hill and then riding back down (you're easily amused at the age of 8). as i went to the top which is around a corner a renault pulled up, a black man came out and asked if i knew where sarah (i think) lived. i just assumed he meant a person i knew and said yes. he then told me to jump in and show me. i got back on my bike and cycled to a family friend and told them. they went nuts at the man and he just drove away. looking back i think it was quite likely he genuinely wanted me to show him but meh scary at the time.

School's only have the right to use surveillance equipment on the grounds and any roads which intervene with it, and considering the amount of cars that look alike which go past, it would be difficult to identify the actual car itself unless it’s actually caught trying to abduct someone. Also I would imagine that the abductors know that there is surveillance around the school, so they would probably try to abduct people away from that surveillance. That's why it's so difficult to actually catch these people because the schools limited ability and that these people generally aren't stupid, some are quite clever and cunning when it comes to abducting, either through experience or through the desperation of not getting caught, so they think of every conceivable factor, also they could work in a group which makes it much more difficult.

The safest options for avoiding the possibility of abduction are to arrange transport to and from school by people you actually know and trust, like arranging car pools with friend's parents etc. Also requesting (or demanding) that the school arrange special transport for students due to the circumstances.
