@jen - i tried to tell them to make sure they help all the time, as if i could then why cant they. The only time they would help is when they were looking at the screen because they were talking to other staff in the room. Then the user was lucky to get help so normally it would result in me giving the person help every time. Something david should really pick up on












people forget it's a helpdesk, it's honestly just picking friends so everyone can be superior. even jake/josh and possibly leah admitted that lol
