    @jen - i tried to tell them to make sure they help all the time, as if i could then why cant they. The only time they would help is when they were looking at the screen because they were talking to other staff in the room. Then the user was lucky to get help so normally it would result in me giving the person help every time. Something david should really pick up on

    HxHD isn't in need of things, HxLounge would be a lot better.

    As much as I like the Help Desk, I agree with this.
    Habbo is supposed to be a pass time, but you go into the Help Desk and you are hit with rule after rule, its just too 'formal' (idk what other word to use)

    Obviously as staff I have to enforce any rules that there are, but there are just too many.
    Things like bullying and racial abuse obviously should not be tolerated, but being banned for spamming in some of the cases is ridiculous. I try not to warn people for spamming unless it is really bad (i.e full screen spamming) because I think that 3-5 lines of continuous speech, as long as it doesn't break rules like bulling or being racist, then its fine.

    I don't like how people are saying now that we try to act like utter ***** to quote where as some staff just try to flirt with eachother 24/7 and edate.

    Not like I'm some huge expert or anything but I think for a room that's supposed to be advertising Habbox and potentially drawing in new users, it does appear to be a little too strict and a bit quick to fire out warnings. But yeah that's just my input *skips off*

    I've just realised that the people complaining about the rules and staff are the people that always mis behave, always flood, always try to cause arguments. When really if they werent bad in the first place (as there is no need to be) then there wouldnt need to be these threads. I dont see why people feel the need to go against staff and rebel, its an online game and tbh I'm sure that HxHD would be perfectly happy without those rulebreakers there. It's those attention seeking people that are 'ruining' the desk, on all this kicking and stuff side.
