No it doesn't have more 'Skills' or 'Power', the PSP has more power than the DS, did you even read the spec?

If it wasn't for hand-held Nintendo's, Sony would of had no idea to copy, hence no PSP.

Can you watch dvds on DS ? No
Can you on PSP ? Yes

So as well as paying £5 more for games, you also have to pay £15 for DVD's to watch only for PSP, on a tiny little screen. Fun.

u cn watch em on ds get ur fact right www.lik-sang.com for the player nd its cheaper thn 1 psp dvd.
and get any dvd u want get ur dvd rip it onto ur comp nd drag it across onto a flsh card the same as a mp3 player and its higher quality and cheaper
