1, 3) You need to change the colour of 'Shop' and the Your cart is currently empty.. etc to white (look on the skin you'll see what else)

    2) Why? It merges with the background on every other skin, except N-H Dark

    4) Ask them for the image or look on the acp and get an image for yourself, as that ones massive, ugly and extends the box (even if it is only temp.)

    5) Neither they are, but they look as if they could be, so the Rememb should be the same

To the people suggesting about killing the skype chats - That would not work one bit. We do not control what IM services they use and they can always create new group chats with their departments and speak in them without even saying it's a staff chat. We should encourage them to post on the forum, sure but the Skype rule would be impossible to even enforce.

Plus, what are we going to do? Fire people for speaking on skype about Habbox in group chats. Seems rather ridiculous.

Agreed. More posting needs to be done, not only outside of staff forums but in them as well because they are dead as a door ****.

Like/dislike wouldn't be for individual threads, it'd be for individual posts within threads.

I disagree with a like/dislike system (either over or in conjunction with rep), and would strongly disagree with it if it mean you could bury peoples posts or if it in any way modified the post structure (i.e oldest first) really.
Does it even do the same as reddit? Well I don't know if there is a vBulletin plugin for that but the "Like" systems I have seen, it's a simple like or dislike on posts and it doesn't go down if it has a lot of dislikes I don't believe. I could be wrong as we have never really looked into it fully as a lot of people didn't want to get rid of their reputation.

Then get the dept. managers or seniors in the chat to tell people to take it to the forums instead, if you start a staff chat without any managers or seniors, it's not going to be any use is it.

from what I see atm there's skype groups for every type of staff member (e.g. HxHD, HxHD Senior, Managers, etc)

No idea, the like systems I've seen are like what you mentioned, but the way ryan described it in his first post regarding it was as if it's a reddit-style system.

What I'm saying is, you cannot and will not stop people speaking on Skype. People will still speak about their department/Habbox without the department managers being in there. I've seen it myself and people will just create a new chat to speak to their friends or their department with ease.

Of course they will, but you could significantly reduce it if you's aren't encouraging it.

If you tell your managers/seniors not to a) set up groups in the first place b) not take part in staff groups then they'll start dying down, you'll always have a few friends making them but you won't have a staff chat for every department, every department seniors, every department managers, then the higher ups.

By taking part in it, you're encouraging it (and not sure if it's the managers who are making them or not atm?) which makes them post random stuff on Skype instead of anything on the forum.

A lot of the staff skype chat stuff that goes on isn't really stuff that would be posted on the forum - personal chit chat and helping each other with problems in the department. I do think staff should be encouraged - especially moderators - to post a lot more than they do, but the skype chats aren't really changing a whole lot. The people who actively talk in the Skype chats actively post round the forum too, so...

You would not see any benefits from us closing the official staff chats. Like Laura mentions it's normally stuff you would not want on a forum or to be discussed publicly on the forum anyway. So what's the advantage? There isn't any.

    Encouraging them = Yes
    Restricting them = No
