So I've decided to post here.

Forum Moderators:

All moderators employed and current are all fantastic and some are fresh on face and you wouldnt think they would become one but they do a great job keeping us safe, I wanna stress the fact some members of the forum have been giving some members a bad time on their opinion on the persons rank of being a moderator, Example Matmeister and devil.dont.cry, I never knew mattmeister that much and I use to think he was just one of those people in the spam forum but he seems a really nice person who wants to keep for the forum safe, And some of his friends have been downgrading him since he has become a moderator what really is nasty, I think they should be telling him what a great job he has been doing. And for devil.wont.cry, His one of my great friends online and I don't know him that well, I love his personality and he can make anyone his friend, But because he dont seem to want to post all profeshionally doesn't make him bad staff, All of his edits are 100% profeshional and he does a really good job, It came to my attention some members in the spam forum have actully been rude to him since has become a moderator, OK I know getting critisisum comes with the job on habbox but I'm sure something can be done to these people who have to be so rude.


Forum Super Moderators:

I haven't really got to say much for forum super moderators, Well maybe the angerment of constant infractions but that just shows what a great job their doing *Cough!* Nick- *Cough!* All staff who are super moderators all deserved it and the department really needs nothing changed, Maybe a few more but theirs the fact you don't really need more.



Graphics Designers:

The department seemed dead when I was a graphics designer and not many projects were completed when needed to be, The department needs more boosting on the job and the satisfaction of knowing your a graphics department, Now being a graphics designer I know how it felt, I wasn't really satisfied of the atmosphere of this, Graphic designers need a boost and maybe more credit for their work, Maybe mini announcements on who made what, Like if someone makes a new banner a thread is created thanking them and feedback on the graphic, It just seemed boring being a graphics designer if you ask me, Liven it up more.

HabboxLive:

I have not got a problem with any of the DJ's no more, all I have a problem with is the popularity of the actual radio, I understand alot of listeners are listening but thats mostly because of the fact theirs a live stream on Habbox.com now because before that was introduced I remember feeling sorry for a DJ with just 3 listeners, Maybe promote the radio more and move the radio thing at the bottom of the habboxforum moved to the top so members and guests can actually see it to promote it more, Maybe the radio DJ's could hold party's like clubhabbo do on habbo, More raids and more room competitions to giveaway, This 1) boost popularity of habbox 2) boost the atmosphere of habbox, Because we all know Habbox shalt I say it, become old.



Help Desk:

The help desk department seems to be dead every time I go their, Firstly its mostly members of habbox who visit the room which isn't the point of it really, Its sopose to be for the whole habbo community to come in and get some help, But at the moment their isn't much happening and it seems some of the staff in their just chat with people and giving random answers with help questions

You need to recruit more dedicated members of Habbox and get staff from habbo itself by advertising on habbo it self in competitions/events that applications are open, I have respect for many members in that department so I cant say much but mostly staff are either on the rollers on brb or not their, Immenseman and galaxay seems to be their mostly from my time visiting the room, Yes nvrspk4 has visited the room but I think he needs to come their more often, This is when he visits habbox, So I think he should actually go on every time and monitor the room on a clone or either a pretending needing help habbo.

News Reporters:

The department is great, Their was a time on habbox when I wanted to read the news posted on their as much as I can, Then the news system slowed down and not much was posted, But now it seems to have got back onto track with great reporters willing to write more than just two lines on their report, Giving more information and specific details of that report, Their isn't really anything to change its a fantastic department with 100% professional staff.

Productions Staff:

I don't understand this department that much so I can't really say sorry.

Rare Values Reporters:

Their isn't much to say for the rare value department, Its the key to habbox's popularity, All I am puzzled with who's the manager? I always have thought since -:Undertaker:- got removed Immenseman has, Their is also the fact on the rare value department being a bit over priced on the credit values, For example: 2cs for 20 credits, OK well lets use the credit sack, You need to think into what the person will be using the sack for, Their isn't much actually anything they can buy in norms with 20 credits, And you cannot say they can buy a rare with it because most rares are priced at 25 credits, And its very rarely seasonal/miscalculates furniture comes out. I know theirs a problem with the community of habbo understanding as they set the values and the reporters report back, But more encouragement on judgment on the credit values, Maybe recruit people to go round possibly ask the writers to ask civilians of habbo on their views of the values and what would they buy stuff for instead of just watching what people buy and sell.

Room Reviewers:

I don't really understand this department that well, I don't understand why theirs just one staff member in this department, iSocks. So does this mean the applications are open? I think more staff need to be employed and the department needs more popularity put into it.

Writers:

I haven't really got to know the department very well but I have read a few articles from Professor-Alex and they seem okay, Their really isn't much to change so this is all I have to say for now.

Habbox, General Management & Sierk:

I thought I would keep this for last, Habbox in whole is one of the largest websites habbo have ever encounted in, Maybe larger then Habbotimes actully yes larger then habbotimes, Habbox whold the key to keep Habbo UK rare vaules alive, And this is one of the key things of habbox, I think the general management should sit down with the rare vaule manager(s) and discuss the future of the department, Maybe introduce more features to this maybe some sort of marquee at the top of habbox listing the normal rare vaules example:



Also diffrent skin colours for habbox, Or possibily a whole new layout, As you can see habbox current layout is a profeshional Non-habbo look clutterd with some habbo images, Maybe Habbox should recruit someone or create their own Habbox more habbo-ey layout, Check out Habbotimes.de a layout like that but much diffrent, Like clubhabbo.net have, A very habbo like layout, Habbox need to attract more members if they would like to keep their popularity status because tbh everyone has to leave habbo some time and habbox will slowly dissapear or just become a legendairy site outbeated by another site offering more than habbox can.

Moving on: Management need to get involved more on habbo, As said in a similar post posted Habbox general management need to get involved more with habbo giving daily competitions, Chat shows, Even live interviews with staff members because being real ---mad--- needs to get more known like 8freak8 was, Just like nvrspk4 needs to get his help desk known like 8f8's, Its time you got out their more on habbo not inrl, Host/play in events and hold daily competitions for everyone to get involved with.

Sierk, I understand he has had his time on habbo and now is slowly finishing with it but he needs to get involved even more with habbox, I have been told about his time behind the scenes but its actully time for his time to get infront of the scene, Its time for him to get to know his staff more and even the members.

And the articles dept has changed somewhat since iSocks was hired, writers can now write in whatever area they like i.e. articles, room reviews, interviews. iSocks's permissions are "left over" as it were from the old system, he is a writer just like the rest of the team. Although he still specialises in room reviews out of choice, so I don't see much reason to have them changed atm.

The Rare Values Department concept, which was mainly created by Smiddy1234 is a fine system and it works, if Rare Value Reporters went around ASKING people what they thought the values should be, well no one would trade at the prices.

Credits are NOT overpriced, they do go for around about 20 for 2 CS, so why would Habbox change it?

Thanks for your views on HxHD Earthquake =] I'm constantly on a mission to find new staff and try to keep attendence up. A couple of weeks ago yes, I'd say HxHD was in the dead stage with zero attendence and no visitors what so ever. We have definetly improved though as we now normally get quite alot of people in at the peek period of 5pm - 7pm on week days.

If you witness a staff member giving bad advice or not giving very good 'customer service' please PM nvrspk4 or I and we'll deal with that person personally. thanks again and + rep
