I don't particulary like needles either, (<UNDERSTATEMENT lol), I once had to have my dad holding my arms down, my brother sat ontop of me, and my nan holding my legs just for a meninjitus (sp) jab, but for my BCG jab in school, I just went sat down infront of everyone (I was first because I wasn't in school) and when I started getting nervous I just started say 'sit, sit, sit, sit', and then I turned and looked at the injection and started say 'duck, duck, duck, duck', lol, but it was nothing, plus I was determined not to cry in front of my mates.

Needles aren't frightening... What you need to realise is that they won't kill you unless you and the pain is temporary. Besides, they're probably going to prevent alot more pain and suffering in the future if you somehow get the disease they're preventing. Just look the other way or talk to the nurses, that's what I do at least. It's over in about 2-5 seconds.

Havent you had it now Paul?
