I agree-ish with what is being said, the 'pay' should be put into a fund for competitions, advertising etc.
Jrh2002 founded this forum, and clearly isn't happy with some aspects of it, so imo he is quite right to voice his opinons on it.
Wouldn't you be a little ticked off if it were to happen to you?
I am not bothered if they pay them or not i am just suggesting that getting regular pay might have adverse effects. I think the best times were when i was just the radio owner as I kept out of all forum issues etc and concentrated on something I enjoyed. I think the best times were with properclone and jackhb doing amazing jobs and I was no part of habbox then thats the peak for me but when i was here i enjoyed pushing the place forward and believe I did a good job with that

Most managers or who ever do the job as almost a hobby because they want to. The money sierk offered in my eyes is nothing more than an incentive?

I can see both sides of they story and imo have good cases. Also I like what jrh said about giving dept managers who do better jobs that others more money but then again surely that would cause conflict and other managers earning less than others could jepodise the department?
You do see some great managers who take their departments to a new level but then after a long time you can see it going backwards a little instead of leaving before it dropped. I know its hard to know when you have done what you can but when it feels more often than not like your forcing yourself to do things than wanting to do them is a sign and I believe that getting regular pay is also another SMALL incentive in stopping them go when they should.

Most managers at the moment show alot of enthusiasm which is great
To the people who seem to think I am complaining because i used to own the forum are wrong I lost interest in it so got out which was the right thing to do and have no regrets but I do like to give my opinions on decisions like we all do

Is that the Pitch one where it all collapsed after Mit resigned, or the other one (I forget it's name though)

I think it was normal rares, I sat in casinos all day and jotted down the occasional trade while being cleaned, it was a good life

Well I created a new one and merged some threads with it to make it look bigger then it is . Wow, I forgot about that huge thread when Pitch let his steam out, I must find it and read it now.
