    8freak8 imo has done a terrible job, if he wont hand it down to Bren then I think they may as well scrap it. What's the point in 8f8 owning it when he is barely on, it still has the damn Easter theme from 2 months ago, I seriously get bored the moment I enter it. 8freak8 is grindining Hxhd into nothing. Why does it still say RECS in the room name? And how are people suppose to get rights when the guy is never on?

    I swear, there are 3 people sitting at the front of the help desk talking about some random crap or afk. I go in and comment about how the place is a ghost-town, none of them never reply. I once asked a question as a joke to see if the staff were any good, I said something like "help my habbo keeps disconnecting what do I do", what was the reply? 'Use the help tool, i dont know'.

    In all honesty, Habbox Help Desk officially sucks now. Help desks have died, and your just wasting the time of staff and others by keeping it up.

    why use my name without permission, the reason i go on brb is:
    1. because no1 is in there atm im there so i check the forum for anything new
    2. because recently my mum has broken her leg and she needs help getting places around the house

    It's unfair to pick out individual staff for not doing well because there are so many of them.

    I think there should maybe be to managers, keeping bren and some one else. a new room owner is defontly what is needed pick out a trusted active member of staff from another job and that would probably work well...

    Im pretty sure the Helpdesk is moving to bren's rooms, so hopefully this will sort alot of the problems out

    Nobody is ever there? Lmao people are there all the time! It probably depends on what time of day you come at - at 7am it's probably derilict but around evening time it gets really busy. Heidster was even in there the other evening .

    Anyway, it is moving to Bren's newly-built rooms .

    I must admit the last 3 or 4 times I've gone into the desk it just has some dude sitting on the HCs asleep lol. Another thing I've noticed is the whole rule about sitting at the back of the staff area when your AFK has kind of gone out of the window because when the Desk does have 5 or 6 staff members in there it takes about 10 mins for one of them to respond to me. As far as management goes I don't think anyone can really comment on that apart from staff because they're the only ones being managed by him.

    Edit: There are people in there now though
