Agreed
lol never going to happen. The only place I can see him moving too ever is Barca in the future, but even that I can't see happening for at least 4/5 seasons if ever.
£30 Million agreed with Liverpool for Alonso, may include a mix of money and players.
Expect villa or silva.
Well, Madrid are looking to offload: Salgado, M. Diarra, Van der Vaart, Ruud Van Nistelrooy and Huntelaar. I think so you might get 1 of them along with some money or just the £30 Mill.
Do you recon any of them would suit and fit into Liverpool?

Its a 34mil straight deal, i would have took that negrado and 25 mil.
I reckon we should put in a cheeky 15m bid for Jonny Evans like.
Sunderland, hmm i wouldn't be surprise if United let him go and include a clause in the deal where we have option of buying him back. Get him back in like 2 years or so. Now that Wes Brown is back. Hmm.
Ah kk. £34 mill is a good deal for liverpool. This Madrid team is shaping up nicely.
I'd play a 4-5-1 with:
Casillas (GK)
Ramos (RB)
Pepe (CB)
Albiol (CB)
Marcelo (LB)
Alonso (CM)
Ronaldo (RW)
Kaka (RAM)
Sneijder (LAM)
Robben (LW)
Raul or Benzema (CF)
or a 4-4-2 with:
Casillas (GK)
Ramos (RB)
Pepe (CB)
Albiol (CB)
Marcelo (LB)
Alonso (CDM/CM)
Ronaldo (RW)
Kaka (CAM)
Robben (LW)
Raul (LF)
Benzema (RS)
and on the bench they will have:
Dudek (GK)
Metzelder (CB)
Garay (CB)
Gago (CDM)
L. Diarra (CM)
Guti (CAM)
Drenthe (LW/RW)
Higuain (CF)
Negredo (S)
That's given that they sell those 5 players above.
Sorry for long post.
EDIT: They could do with a new LB though, as Marcelo is probably there weakest link, but he is still a good defender and has a lot of talent, and is still only 21.

You're missing arbeloa![]()
Meant to be the "Beckham" or "Ronaldo" of the middle east.Al-Muhammadi tipped for Sunderland
CAIRO: Sunderland are keen to sign Egypt winger Ahmed Al-Muhammadi from ENPPI, the player's agent Nader Shawki revealed.
"Al-Muhammadi had a successful trial with Sunderland on the weekend and manager Steve Bruce was impressed," Shawki told Modern Sport TV.
"Negotiations between Sunderland and ENPPI should be concluded in the next few days."
Al-Muhammadi was strongly linked with a move to Blackburn in the winter break, but Paul Ince's departure from Ewood Park hindered the deal.
The 22-year-old played well in ENPPI's 4-3 defeat to ES Setif in the CAF Confederation Cup on Sunday, scoring a goal and setting up another.
