    Does this have control Panel? I mean like do you have a host of your own? o.O

    Spreebb got a forum host? Or do i have to make a forum in order to use the host?

    SpreeBB makes the forum for you and hosts it.
    It is IPB v1.3 and has an admin panel.

    Umm around 8000-25000 Bw.

    Around 500 Disk space..

    Not much.... I just need the bandwidth for my forum because im running out right now...
