Hello, the only way that you can get a Vbulliten forum is to get it from the official website. www.vbulliten.com or there may be a hosting company that offers domains with free vbulliten. There may even be someone trying to sell one.

Well it depends how long you want your forum to be used for....
If you only want a short lasting forum get the 'Leased License' which costs £43 and you can use your forum for a year.
But most people buy the software for £82 and it is then yours to use for as long as you like.
