User Reputation System

My idea is....
That on habbo there should be a reputation system, where other habbos can leave reputation about others. By having this it would allow other habbos to see if the habbo is a scammer or a good habbo.

This would be useful for things like trading or in furni shops. But i don't know wheather people should be able to leave comments or if it is would just be a points system.

NO really bad idear, and hopefully people will argre with me.

People could just randomly give bad rep to that person as a joke and wont be nice, its like me giving bad reps to you, and how you dress like or how you speak.
