Help with my sig!

I have a problem when i put a pic in a sig. it come up with this no matter how small the pic is.
The following errors occurred when this message was submitted:
Your signature image(s) are too large. The maximum dimensions are 700w x 150h in pixels and the maximum filesize is 0.

This was my latest pic i was trying to put in my sig.

i have also put in really small things to test it but still didnt work

Hello, please remove all of your signiture and try and put the picture in again. The picture that you are displaying is much to big for a signiture. Please try making it smaller.

lie i said i did a much smaller one and came up with the same thing.

The picture currently in your signature is too big, the height of the image should be no more than 150 pixels. I suggest you try again, as an image of a reasonable size should work.

It is way too big but with the smaller one, make sure it is in .PNG form
