Banning Even tho habbo had proof it want my parents request

Right habbo has had Proof it was not my parents who did not have this ban put on me because they contacted my parents to check
1st ban i got unbanned after habbo Relising it was there mistake but then that only lasted one day and i had been banned yet again
2nd ban Same Reason but they Yet again unbanned me Knowing it was there mistake And that only Lasted one day because i got banned yet again 2day

whats happerning with habbo ? And why are they doing this can someone Answer my question thanks
