Who stole it from who? Look at the two site, the skins are slighty different but it looks liek either habbox or jabbatown ripped eachothers:

Post from Jin......That would be SKINING and Vbulletin Skins are all based on templates and MySql anyway The vbulletin files is just the processing side of it, to modify the file wouldnt mean you would be skining it would be changing what the forum does to process things, If you open up the vbulletin files in dreamweaver of something then you would see thats its all PHP code and no design and anyway where did the talk about coding a forum from scratch come from?
Yeah anyway just for future references I dont bad rep because I disagree with someones opinion.

Acually Jabbatown put there skin up way before habboxforum at the beginning of the month so it would be the other way round if there was ripping which there is'nt

Vbulltien have lots of different skins and im guessing both forums chose the halloween 1's an just changed the Banner?
