    He was trying to say:

    1st) Train on chickens.
2nd) Take the feathers they drop to sell for money
3rd) Pick up the meet and cook it to get your cooking up
then 4th) Once you level up train on men or giant rats

First things first - open the world map
Chickens are in between Draynor village and Faldor - there's a field with cows in, the chickens are near there.
kill those, they're the lowest combat in the game until you combat is around 8. Don't forget to collect what they drop - pick up the bones and bury them to raise prayer, pick up the meat and cook them to raise cooking and keep the feathers to sell, later on.
When you're 8ish combat, train on cows and men/women - cows are near the chickens and men and women can be found all around runescape.
Goblins would be good too - you can find those around Port Sarim.
add me, darkwillow87 and i'll make you some armour if you want (I can make full steel and some mith things)
Don't forget to bury all bones you find - prayer is very important.

At level 10, bring some chickens to goblin village and spend about half and hour there. You will go up to about lvl 17-20.
