Cheap .net domain

Im thinking abuout making a new site and I want it a .net but so far the only price I can find is $8.75 which is about £6 or something,
Anyone know any cheaper places for a .net?

I know www.123reg.com/.co.uk is cheap, dont know how cheap though

Its a site I used to get hosting from for free lol beacuse they never took money out and I also got my old habbo fansite domain free but its been 2 years I think and they charge you now
